Project CATFOOD. Day 5. There's a game in my glitch.


We have implemented player movement and animation with blend tree following this tutorial from CouchFerret. The end result is OK. We'll need to tweak it a little. We also added a cinemachine camera, which also needs some adjustments.

What really concerns me is the visual glitch we have with the 2D tiles. There's a noticeable 1px gap when moving the character. I think it is a common problem with tiles in Unity but I haven't find the correct solution to it.

I better go get some ice cream if I want this fixed by tomorrow.
