Snacks Van - Update 1 - Go easy on me

After watching some people play and reading comments about the game, I lowered the difficulty of the game in the first orders.

Now there will only be 2 concurrent orders at first, then it will increment to 3.

Also the time between orders has been tweaked to let the player get used to the controls.
